How soon will I hear back?
We reply to every enquiry within two working days, usually with a few questions and some times for a first call.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first call is free and takes about thirty minutes. We talk through the space, the timing and the budget before anything is agreed.
What should I include in my message?
The rooms involved, where the property is, when you would like to start and a rough budget if you have one. Photos and floor plans can follow by email.
Can I visit a studio without an appointment?
We ask you to book ahead so that a designer is free to show you samples and finished pieces.
